2 Peter 3:18, “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” As time springs forward into warmer months, and winter slowly fades away. We should take some time to reflect and grow spiritually in the season of growth. As Easter is rapidly approaching, and Cadbury eggs are spotted every time you walk into a store. Remember that Spring is a time to mature. Hebrew 6:1 states “Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,” Don’t fade and be forgotten like winter, instead stay strong and firm in your faith. Job 8:7 “Your beginnings will seem humble so prosperous will your future be.” God has a plan for your life, so don’t turn away. Take this season as a time to meditate on God’s word, straying from doubt and uncertainty. Stay firm in God’s goodness and remember His greater plan.
